Shipping Information
We ship all orders from our workshop in the UK. Each piece is carefully wrapped and placed in our signature wooden gift box before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Timber & Time piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
30-Day Returns
You may return any unworn, undamaged item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style where available. Please contact us before returning your item so we can check stock.
Personalised Items
Personalised or custom-engraved pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
